- The first
Core Lecture for Primary Care was held on Dec. 6 at the Mall of
America in Bloomington. The three-hour educational conference
on Migraine, Depression and Herpes Simplex was a PMMA event made
possible by an unrestricted educational grant from Glaxo-Smith-Kline.
There were 72 medical providers who attended the lectures. The
feedback was very impressive: excellent lecturers, and the venue
was perfect for the holidays.
The PMMA Board of Directors acknowledges Arnel Rillo, Marketing
Director of GSK for sponsoring the event.

6 complimentary CME activity

PMMA succesfully obtained a grant from GlaxoSmithKline
to hold a Core CME (Continuing Medical education) program
for Primary providers in the Twin Cities. The PMMA will offer
a 3-hour complimentary CME activity on December 6, 2004 from
8AM-12 noon at the Minnesota Room, 4th Floor, Mall of America
in Bloomington, MN. The topics are: Depression, Migraine and
